Dr. Payton McWilliams

Pelvic Floor & Breast Cancer PT, DPT, CLT

Payton is a Florida native, born and raised in Orlando, settling in Gainesville after meeting her husband while attending the University of Florida. She had the unique experience after graduating from physical therapy school to specialize in womens health while building a breast cancer recovery program, soon after branching out to female pelvic health. She has a passion for prenatal and postpartum conditions and preventative perinatal care.

When not treating patients she is out exploring with her 1yr old daughter, doing Peloton workouts, traveling, and volunteering with her church.

Dr. Susan Sims

Pelvic Floor Therapist, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Susan started practicing physical therapy in the orthopedic setting, completing a residency in orthopedics at the VA in 2017. Soon after having her own children her interest in pelvic health peaked and she pursued continued training in pelvic and women’s health.

She has a special interest in the mind body connection and lead a Tai Chi program. She is currently undergoing ICF credentialed life coach training and is motivated to bring women back into alignment and harmony with their bodies and minds.

Outside the clinic she enjoys all things outdoors, traveling, camping, and spending time with her spouse and two wonderful daughters.
