    Full Hour Sessions 1:1

    Each visit you’re with with your therapist 1:1 for the full hour; no techs, aides, or passing between staff. You don’t have to whisper your symptoms or worry about someone overhearing your story.

    Kegels are not the answer. With our fully equipped gym we strengthen and treat the WHOLEbody to get you back to the activities you enjoy without fear or symptoms! We’ll never just tell you to kegel on the table or hook you up to biofeedback for the entire session.
